Technologically, the major achievements are the quiet radiant heating and cooling and the bright LED lighting throughout. The punched-metal ceiling allows for evenly distributed air circulation without the sensation of moving air currents and heightens brightness. The air conditioning plan is merged with design of the building, utilizing under-floor space to channel air back to the purifying units.
