Enclosed by the steps and clusters of trees, this circular plaza provides a place for rest and respite in the area. Various kinds of events are held, using the steps as both audience seating and as stage. 2 : Hibiya-Nakadori Street is designed as a pedestrian promenade. Inspired by Hibiya Park’s broad paths, it has shade and organic lines for a corridor with a gentle ambience.3 : Sixth oor, Park View Garden. Creating a number of areas to rest and enjoy the scenery, the design lets visitors enjoy the greenery of the park from inside.4 : First basement oor, Hibiya Arcade. e design evokes the interior of the former Sanshin Building and provides barrier-free access to the subways.
