A simple and capacious space enhanced by artist-designed benches by local Hokkaido artists warmly greets oce workers and visitors.3 : Entrance hall of the broadcast station facing Tsuji Plaza on the southwest side. Materiality of the exterior paving and overhanging sot lining is brought into the entrance lobby, blurring the line between inside and out and bringing in the bustle and vigor of the city.4 : Covered walkway on the south side. e landscaping of the area was deepened by planting evergreens in a row to overlap with the greenery of Sosei River Park.1423152019 SPRING38SPOTLIGHT
