谷口吉郎氏の設計デザインを尊重改修設計にあたっては、原設計のデザインや考え方に敬意を払い、改修前後で大きくイメージが変わることのないよう心がけました。既存外装の特徴であるRC縦リブはアルミ方立に置き換え、外壁は当初の色に近いベージュ系の色彩としました。またインテリアでは、柱・梁フレーム、障子などのデザインを継承しています。最新の新築庁舎水準に機能をアップデート今後40年以上の建物使用を前提としたこの大規模改修により、最新の新築庁舎水準「機能性、省エネルギー、快適性、安全性」をHonoring the Original Yoshiro Taniguchi DesignThe renovation respects the original design and concept, and care was taken to leave the building image largely unchanged. The distinctive RC vertical ribs of the existing facade were replaced with aluminum mullions, and colors for the exterior walls were kept similar to the original beige. Post-and-beam frames and shoji panels, etc. featured in the original interior design were also retained.Functionalities Updated to the Latest Standard for New Government BuildingsThe building was updated to meet the latest standard for new government buildings for functionality, energy efficiency, comfort, and safety with major improvements designed to make it last another 40 or more years.実現しています。1. 構造耐震補強・減築県のFM方針を受け、南棟と東棟は6階以上を減築し、建物の重量を減らすことで既存の構造を活かした耐震補強設計を行いました。減築をしない場合に比べ耐震壁を新設する箇所が少なくなり、使いやすさを損なわない補強が実現しました。2. 外装高断熱化、直接外気冷房による省エネルギー化外壁は外断熱化し、窓は断熱サッシとLow-E複層ガラスで、高断熱化を図りました。夏季には夜間の冷涼な外気を導入し躯体に冷蓄熱を行い、午前中の冷房運転時間を低減しています。これらの1.
