河北省の巨大都市、石せっかそう家荘の中心に新源・蜂巣は位置します。強いランドマーク性をもち、広大な長安公園を望む商業空間は、東西方向がメインの商業街に南北の流れを生み、人々を引き込みます。高層タワーと商業ポディウム（基壇部分）を一体感のあるダイナミックな造形でつなぎ、アニメやSF映画に登場しそうなスピード感のある流線形のデザインとしました。その内部には自然光のきらめきの溢れる空間が広がっています。New Source Holding’s Honey Mart complex is located in the center of Shijiazhuang, a major city in China’s Hebei Province. The huge commercial space creates a strong landmark, overlooking the great Chang’an Park and generates a north-south flow of movement bringing footfall into the major, east-west running shopping street.
