Photography｜Satoh Photo県民の生命と健康を守る高度急性期病院Advanced Acute Care Hospital: Guardian of Local Health鳥取県立中央病院 Tottori Prefectural Central Hospital鳥取県東部医療圏の中核をなす県立病院の現地建替えプロジェクトです。地震や水害への対策を十分に行うとともに、可変性・拡張性を充実させ、医療の変革に備えています。厳しい風雪と災害時の受け入れに備えた大きな玄関ピロティや、チーム医療を具現化させた病棟が特徴です。県民に親しまれた既存病院の赤レンガ調タイルを継承し、「医の砦」を象徴する凛とした佇まいを目指しました。This new prefectural hospital, serving as the core for the eastern Tottori prefecture medi-cal region, is built on the site of the previous old hospital building. Fully equipped to withstand earthquakes and flooding, it is built to be versatile and expandable in the face of evolving demands of medical inno-vation and change.
