明日も来たくなる、もうひとつのお家A Second Home: Daycare and Kindergarten Where Children Want to Be椙山女学園大学附属 椙山こども園 Sugiyama Jogakuen University Affiliated Sugiyama Kodomoen［*1］Photography｜2nd row: エスエス／SSLeft, top and bottom right: 鈴木文人［鈴木文人写真事務所］／Fumito Suzuki［Fumito Suzuki Photo Studio］大学のキャンパスの隣に建つ、幼保連携型認定こども園です。建物を雁行させて、キャンパス沿道から続く桜並木を保存し、桜のトンネルを通り抜けるアプローチを計画しました。屋根を分節して周囲の景観と調和を図り、まち並みの連続性を創出しています。内外装には自然由来の素材を採用し、子どもたちを優しく包みこむおおらかな建築を目指しました。This new preschool facility located adjacent to Sugiyama Jogakuen University is certi-fied as both a daycare and kindergarten. The Buildings placed side by side preserve a tunnel of cherry trees that continue from the campus. The building achieves harmo-ny with its surroundings through articu-lation of its roofs, extending the rhythm of the surrounding townscape.
