より豊かな暮らしのために、日建ハウジングシステムは住宅設計の枠を超えた取り組みを行なっています。そのひとつである「SWITCH WEAR」は、働く人の困りごとを解決しながら、働きがいが高まるワークウェアを企画するプロジェクトです。さまざまな働き方、暮らし方を紐解き、コンセプトから素材、デザインまで、オーダーメイドで制作します。　この第一弾として、防水・透湿・軽量が特徴の建築資材タイべックシートを用いた建築設計者のためのワークウェアを制作しました。　働く人に資する仕事着を纏うことで、業務効率やモチベーションが向上し、引いては環境や社会、経済にプラスの連鎖が生まれ、さらなる豊かな暮らしの創出につながることを目指しています。Nikken Housing System engages in projects to enrich people’s lives beyond the frame-work of residential design. One of those projects is “Switch Wear,” where we are cre-ating work clothes to meet working people’s needs and enhance job satisfaction. We look into the details of the ways people live and work, and create bespoke workwear from concept to material and design.For our first project, we made work clothes for architectural designers using Tyvek, a light-weight construction material known for water resistance and breathability.Wearing clothes that actually serve the workers improves work efficiency and motivation and, we hope, will create pos-itive chain reactions for the environment, society, and economy that lead to cultivat-ing richer lives.NHSはたらく私を、着替えようBespoke Workwear SWITCH WEAR Switch Wear332019 WINTER41Annual 2019 | WORKS
