(SADI)Location : Chengdu, Sichuan Province, ChinaProject area : 2.12km2(station district oor area: 962,500m2)騾馬市駅の再開発計画です。成都市の中心でありながら往時の隆盛を失ってしまったこのエリアの再生を提案するにあたり、まずは検討エリアにとどまらず、地域に点在する歴史、文化、観光資源を密接につなぐことで一帯の強さを生み出す天府文化公園を中心とした広域歩行者ネットワーク計画を策定しました。その計画に基づき中心市街地の再開発を誘導する都市再生ガイドラインを提案。これは日建設計が長年取り組んでいる渋谷のまちづくりからヒントを得たものです。地上・地下含め周辺のまちをひろく巻き込んだ「天府文化公園を中心とする駅勢圏」を目指すことで、地域の価値と利便性を向上します。This is a redevelopment project for Luomashi Station. In proposing our renew-al project for this once-prosperous area in the center of Chengdu, we prioritized a plan for a large-scale pedestrian network centered around Tianfu Cultural Park. This will bring out the strengths not only of the area being redeveloped but also the district as a whole by connecting the historical and cultural as well as the sightseeing resources scattered through it. We proposed urban renewal guidelines to direct the redevelop-ment of the city center, incorporating hints from Nikken Sekkei's involvement in the ongoing urban redevelopment of Tokyo's Shibuya District. By aiming to design a sta-tion area around Tianfu Cultural Park that broadly incorporates both aboveground and underground spaces in the surround-ing neighborhood, we can increase the area’s value and convenience. 162020 WINTER45Annual 2020 | WORKS
