The “Staff Commons,” an open and shared space for the hospital staff, was placed in the center of the second floor, at the heart of the hospital. By encouraging staff to gather naturally, the space aims to stimulate and boost a variety of efforts such as improving communica-tion and motivation, providing robust team medicine, and changing the way the hospital staff work. 212020 WINTER45Annual 2020 | WORKS
