The site stands at the junction of commercial and residential zones, and people pass through it for diverse purpos-es. Guided by the concept of “crystalliza-tion,” we strove to create a building suited to myriad lifestyles.賑わいと落ち着きが共存するまち・恵比寿の、住宅・ホテル・保育所・デイサービスからなる複合施設です。計画地は住宅街に向かう坂道の入口、商業地域と住居地域の結節点に位置し、目的の異なる多くの人々が訪れます。都市の境目であるこの場所にさまざまな施設を共存させる「結晶化」をコンセプトとし、多様なライフスタイルや地域住民の利用を受け入れる建築を目指しました。222020 WINTER45Annual 2020 | WORKS
