放送局のコンストラクション・マネジメント（CM）プロジェクトConstruction Management (CM) Projects for Broadcasting Stations読売テレビ放送新社屋／広テレビル／テレビ新広島新社屋 Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation Head Office / Hiroshima Television Corporation Head Office / Television Shin-Hiroshima System New Office Building近年、地球規模で自然災害が増え、企業の事業継続計画（BCP）の重要度がさらに増すなか、日建設計コンストラクション・マネジメント（NCM）でもBCP対応を求められるプロジェクトが増えています。今回は、平時の地域貢献に加え、災害時の事業継続が重要視される「放送局」のプロジェクトからいくつかご紹介いたします。Natural disasters are occurring more frequently worldwide and business continuity planning (BCP) is becoming a greater priority. Accordingly, Nikken Sekkei Construction Management (NCM) is managing more BCP coordination. Here we introduce some of our projects for broadcasters, for whom business continuity is a crucial contribution to the community in times of disaster. 1 にぎわい創出と情報発信の継続Livening Up an Area and Maintaining Information Transmission読売テレビ放送新社屋 Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation Head Office大阪城周辺の城まちエリアのにぎわい創出も意図した、関西最大規模の準キー局の社屋移転計画です。テレビ局らしいシンボリックな外観、準キー局最大級のスタジオ、災害時などにおける放送継続のための強靭構造やバックアップ設備、多くの環境負荷低減手法を備えています。NCMは基本計画から工事段階、保全計画までの総合的CM業務を行いました。NCM planned a head office for the relo-cation of Kansai region’s largest sub-key broadcasting station. Designed to stimulate business in the area around Osaka Castle, and with a symbolic exterior befitting its role, the building is equipped with a large-scale sub-key station studio, as well as back-up equipment for uninterrupted emergency broadcasting. It also incorporates numer-ous environmentally friendly technologies.
