This project was for the relocation of Hiroshima Television Corporation, a main Chugoku-region broadcaster. NCM was involved from planning through to the completion of construction, so that goals such as securing uninterrupted broadcast-ing in emergencies and generating activity to promote neighborhood revitalization could be realized. NCM’s comprehensive management services enabled the project to stay on schedule and within budget.This on-site rebuilding plan for the Television Shin-Hiroshima System office building was designed to increase produc-tivity and promote work-style reform, while also strengthening the station’s broadcast-ing and production functions.
