1 : 4階会議室ゾーン。新幹線からも見えることで、通過するだけの人にも存在をアピールできる。2–3 : 公園や外部とつながる展示場。文化だけでなく、産業の中心が隣接することで相乗効果を生む。また、国際会議の積極的な誘致により、世界的な都市への発展が期待される。2階平面図｜2nd floor plan1階平面図｜1st floor plan, scale 1:3,00010文化芸術と産業が共存することの相乗効果建築は共用ロビーを基点に展示場・会議室・ホールの3つの機能で構成されます。また1階は、展示場・スタジオ・楽屋・客席中通路・ホール舞台・搬入口をフラットにつなげました。これにより国際会議の際には、ホールを講演会場、楽屋を控室とし、展示場では見本市を催すことができるなど、建物全体でのフレキシビリティを備えています。通常なら裏側に設ける楽屋動線は、「楽屋利用者も市民であり、堂々とアクセスしてほしい」という願いを込めて表側のロビーからアクセスできる計画とし、ホールの背後に楽屋ゾーンをつくらないことで、搬入動線との交錯を避け、演者の動線を短縮しています。 天井高約10m、広さ4,000㎡の展示場は、移動間仕切りによって3分割が可能です。ガラスの建具を通じて、西の公園側の屋外展示場と一体利用が可能な透明で奥行きのある計画としています。 4階の会議室ゾーンはガラス越しに南側の屋上緑化や北側の中庭を臨む、どこにいても緑を感じることができる空間です。南を通過する新幹線の高さを計測し、会議室フロアでの目線の高さを新幹線の乗客と揃えることで、通過する新幹線とのつながりを生み出しています。Synergies of Cultural Arts and IndustryThe building consists of an exhibition hall, conference rooms, and three halls, with a common lobby. On the first floor, the exhibition hall, studios, dressing rooms, hall access aisles and stages, and service entrance are connected in a flat, level area. This allows for flexibility in the use of the building: the halls can be used for lectures, the backstage areas can function as waiting rooms for international conferences, and the exhibi-tion hall can serve as a trade-fair venue. Customarily, access to backstage areas is via the rear; however, inspired by the idea that the people who go backstage are also members of the public and should have free access to the area, our design allows for backstage access via the lobby. Because the dress-ing-room area is not behind the halls, the performers’ lines of movement are shortened and there is no interference with traffic from the loading bay. The 4,000-square-meter exhibition hall, with its approxi-mately 10-meter-high ceiling, can be divided into three sepa-rate areas with movable walls. Clear glass doors allow the hall to be used jointly with the expansive outdoor exhibition space facing the park on the west side. The fourth-floor conference room overlooks the rooftop greenery on the south side and the courtyard on the north side, making the space feel close to greenery in both direc-tions.
