PERSPECTIVES「LCA指針」 を補完する 「マニュアル」 「各種ツール」 のイメージLife cycle assessment (LCA) guidelines and supplementary manual and tools (image)11286725オフィスビルなどの建設時における温室効果ガス(GHG)排出量を算出するための実務者向けマニュアルを、三井不動産株式会社とともに策定しました。日本で唯一、建物のライフサイクル環境負荷の計算方法を学術的に確立した、日本建築学会の『建物のLCA指針』(2013年)を補完する、より詳しい解説と、パラメーターを入力するだけで結果を算出できる支援ツールによって構成されてい日建設計東京ビルは2022年、環境認証制度LEED v4.1(O+M)1のゴールド認証を取得しました。その取得にあたって活用したのが、エネルギー、水、廃棄物、交通、人という5つの運用データを基に、建物環境性能を世界各国の建物と比較して継続的に評価するWebシステム「Arc」2です。Arcの活用により、LEED取得および定期更新で求められるます。このツールにより、サプライチェーン全体を同一基準で評価することができます。また、他のプロジェクトとの比較も可能となり、削減目標が立てやすくなります。学協会・同業他社(不動産会社・設計事務所)・施工会社・建築資機材メーカーなど幅広い関係者に共有し、より使いやすい実務ツールとして整備していきます。甚大な手間、時間、費用を大幅に省略することができます。日建設計はこのノウハウを活かし、建物運用者の環境施策をサポートしていきます。既存建物の環境性能を、運用面や管理面での取組みも含めて評価する環境認証制度。U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) が開発、運用。LEEDの審査を司るGreen Business Certi■cation Inc.2(GBCI)の100%子会社Arc Skoru Inc.が開発、運用。A green building certi■cation program for evaluating the environmental performance of existing buildings in both operations and management. ■e program is developed and run by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).Developed and run by Arc Skoru Inc., a 100 percent a■liate of Green Business Certi■cation Inc. Individual scores for waste and transportation were above average, but for energy, water, and human experience they were somewhat lower. The scores may have been affected by a number of factors: the pandemic made it difficult to accurately assess the number of people using the building; surveyed satisfaction with building comfort was only around 40 percent; and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) were not measured. Ltd., we developed a practical manual for calculating greenhouse gas (GHG) emis-sions that result from the construction of office buildings and similar structures. The manual supplements the Architectural Institute of Japan’s LCA Guidelines for Buildings (2013), the only academically based method in Japan for calculating the environmental impact of buildings throughout their life cycle. Our manual provides support tools to calculate results by entering the required parameters and In 2022, the Nikken Sekkei Tokyo Building was awarded Gold certification under the LEED v4.1 (O+M) environmental certifica-tion system.1 In pursuing this certification, we used Arc,2 a web-based platform that continuously evaluates the environmental performance of a building in comparison with that of other buildings around the world. Evaluation is based on operational data across five categories: energy, water, waste, transportation, and human expe-rience. Using Arc makes it possible to cut down on the work, time, and costs inherent provides more-detailed explanations. With this tool, the entire supply chain can be evaluated using the same criteria. Additionally, users can draw comparisons with other projects, making it easier to work out reduction targets. The manual will be shared with academic societies and associations, industry organizations (real estate companies and architectural design firms), construction companies, manufac-turers of construction materials, and other stakeholders.in obtaining and periodically renewing LEED certification.
