This location connects directly to the subway and with close access to a local high-speed rail station and the Shenzhen Airport, it provides a convenient hub for working closely with clients in the South China region and streamlining operations there. The four-person staff will focus on areas of special Nikken Group expertise such as transit-oriented development (TOD), urban renewal, and carbon neutrality, as well as consulting services for bettering societal and environmental conditions.日建設計が設計したJR熊本駅ビルプロジェクトが、米国のInternational Living Future Institute（ILFI）が主催する2022年「Stephen R. Kellert Biophilic Design Award」を受賞しました。 この賞は、人と自然を結びつけることを目指すバイオフィリックデザインの思想と効果を実証した建築物、インテリア、コミュニティなど、建築環境の功績を評するものです。2022年5月2日から13日にオンラインで開催されたILFIのイベント「Living Future 2022: Restoration + Justice Summit」にて12日に発表されました。Nikken Sekkei has received the Stephen R. Kellert Biophilic Design Award, which is sponsored by the International Living Future Institute (ILFI) in the United States, for its JR Kumamoto Station Building project. This award is presented annually to buildings demonstrating the ideals and effects of biophilic design emphasizing the connections between human beings and nature. It recognizes architectural environment achievements relating to interiors and commu-nity, and also in other respects.
