The Link—the enormous skybridge that connects the two towers high above a roadway—is 230 meters long and weighs around 23,000 tons. After assembly on a construction platform at the podium level, its units were slid one after another and joined together across the roadway. Finally, the structure was hoisted 100 meters into the air. This allowed us to ensure safety while accomplishing an extremely challenging feat of construction. The raising of the Link was completed in October 2020. The frameworks of the two towers were then completed, and as of March 2023, interior construction is underway.2 : The facade of the towers exhibits varied expressions depending on viewing angle—the result of glass fins on the exterior of the glass curtain walls. Its two towers, sepa-rated by a highway, are connected by a horizontal volume (the Link) affixed at a height of 100 meters above ground, the cantilever ranks as one of the longest in the world. A rooftop garden in the podium area and an infinity pool on the roof of the Link are among many special ameni-ties.
