NEWSアラブ首長国連邦のドバイ・デザイン・ディストリクト（d3）に現地法人を設立しました。日建設計は、中東での建設需要の高まりから2007年にドバイに支店を開設し、中東・独立国家共同体（CIS）・インドのハブとして運用しています。このたびの新たな現地法人設立は、クライアントに密着したデザイン・サービスおよびマーケティング・ブランディング活動をさらに強化し、自律的に発展・拡大していくことを目的としています。新オフィスでは、17国籍・13言語の25名ほどのスタッフが都市デザイン、建築、ランドスケープ、インテリアデザインなどのサービスを提供し、新しい価値を生み出していくことを目指しています。Nikken Sekkei has established an affiliate office in the UAE Dubai Design District (d3).* In 2007, growing demand for construction in the Middle East led us to set up a regional office in Dubai that has served as a hub for operations in the region as well as in the CIS and India. Through the establishment of this office, we hope to enhance our design, marketing, and branding services geared toward local clients and also support further independent development and expansion initiatives. The office is staffed by around 25 employees—from 17 different countries and speaking 13 different languag-es—offering urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and other services with the aim of generating new value.英国の建築雑誌『Building Design (BD)』が毎年1月号で発表している世界の設計事務所ランキング「World Architecture 100 (WA100)」にて、所属アーキテクト数（『BD』定義による有資格者数）で3位、マスタープラン部門では継続1位、環太平洋地域（中国を含む）、文化施設、調査・研究部門でも1位となったほか、24部門でトップ10入りすることができました。ご支援賜りました皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。In its January 2023 issue, the British architectural magazine Building Design (BD) announced World Architecture 100 (WA 100), its annual compendium of global architectural firms. Nikken Sekkei was ranked third in the world in number of profes-sional architects employed (BD definition of licensure). Nikken Sekkei held onto the number one spot in the Master Planning Market Sector while also topping the Culture Market Sector and taking first place Pacific Rim Including China Region and the Survey Specialism, in addition to ranking among the top 10 in 24 other categories.
