12神保町SF1東京都千代田区｜2022年9月Jimbocho SF1 Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo | September 2022寺島和義／石原嘉人／添田昂志／舘 景士郎Kazuyoshi Terashima /Yoshito Ishihara /Koji Soeda /Keishirou Tachi 日建設計 設計監理部門 Architectural Design Department, Nikken Sekkei脱炭素化に向け、都市の過半を占める中小規模のビルのZEB化は大切です。日建設計では、ビルを覆うだけで視界を確保しつつ日射を効率的に遮り、脱炭素・省エネルギーに寄与する外装システム「Envi-lope01」の開発を、新築および改修用に進め、この度新築ビル・神保町SF1に実装しました。日射熱を遮り心地よい半外部空間をつくることと、ディテールの工夫・合理化により運用・建設時のCO2低減に挑戦し、都市の中小規模ビルの新しいデザインを目指しました。The majority of city buildings are small and medium in size, and converting these to zero energy buildings (ZEBs) is crucial to achieving decarbonization. Nikken Sekkei has developed Envi-lope 01, a system for covering new and ren-ovated building exteriors. The Jimbocho SF1 facade contrib-utes to decarbonization and energy conservation through shielding against solar radiation without compromising visibility.
