0首MR都oeuo高te p速N5ooa号n E5kx線epbrueksusrwo aLyine 12trlit I. 都営大江戸線Toei Oedo Line S=1:12,000 |100m10日建設計 東京オフィス コレクティブフロア東京都千代田区｜2023年4月Nikken Sekkei Tokyo Office Collective FloorChiyoda-ku, Tokyo | April 2023日建設計本社の東京オフィスは竣工から20年が経ち、2023年4月、1─4階を社内外の方が集まる空間としてリニューアルしました。新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行以降の働き方の変革、ワークプレイスにおける多様性の確保、カーボンニュートラルへの挑戦など、いろいろなトライアルを行っています。3階は都市の課題が集まるオープンプラットフォームを目指す共創スペース「PYNT（ピント）」としてオープンしました。自社の空間だからこそ、日々、さまざまな変化が起きる「実験場」として開いています。In April 2023, we marked the twentieth anniversary of Nikken Sekkei’s Tokyo headquarters by renovating its first to fourth floors into a space for collaboration both within the company and with external parties. Changing work practices after the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring diver-sity in the workplace, and achieving carbon neutrality are some of the various ideas explored. On the third floor is “PYNT,” a co-creation space opened with the aim of gath-ering diverse actors to address urban issues.
