Phoogaphytr ttri｜新良太／Ryoa Aaash杉山俊一Shunichi Sugiyama仲 隆介Ryusuke Naka212023年7月14日 日建設計東京オフィスにて。ワークプレイスで起きるのですね。仲 おっしゃる通りですね。ある種、異質な行為を生み、それをさらに新しいものに進化させていくことが、今の時代に求められていると思います。─カーボンニュートラルの時代における 「新しいオフィス」とは杉山 12年前に、未来で求められるであろう新しいオフィスの提案をまとめた『Office Book』（「オフィスブック」制作グループ：日建設計・日本設計共著、彰国社、2011）を刊行しました。ここで近未来に起きる変化の予想をいくつか書いていまして、「どこでもオフィス」、今でいうABW（Activity Based Working）や、複合用途のなかでのオフィスを考えた「分けるから混ぜる」や、移動とコミュニケーション促進のための「貸室内階段」などが語られており、久しぶりに読み返してみて、おおむね現代の実状から的を外さないことが書かれていたので安心しました（笑）。では、この先10年後に求められるオフィスとはどういったものか、お話しできればと思います。　カーボンニュートラルが前提条件として求められる現在、「次世代オフィスプロトタイプ」と題した新しいオフィスの概念と手法づくりに取り組んでいます。従来のロングスパン均質型から窓際と中央部の間に柱を設け、集中ゾーンとコミュニケーションゾーンを設定する発想です。外周部に構造的な自由度をもたせることで吹き抜けを設けたり、木質化の可能性を含めた新しい空間をつくる提案です。こうした計画で、建設時CO2排出量の支配的な割合を占める鉄骨やコンクリートを削減し、CO2を46%削減できる試算をしています。仲 内階段と吹き抜けで上下階にゆるやかなつながりをつくることで、移動の利便性やコミュニケーションの誘発という点で大空間と比較しJuly 14, 2023, at the Nikken Sekkei Tokyo Office.sequences results in new genetic sequences—a process essential to evolution. In the book, we made several predictions about how workplaces would change in the near future; these included the “anywhere office” (now known as Activity Based Working), “from separate to mixed” (a concept for offices in mixed-use developments), and “internal staircases” (to pro-mote communication and movement within multistory office buildings). I had a look through the book for the first time in years, and I was relieved to see that its predictions were not very far from what is actually happening today! 　Now, I’d like to discuss what types of office spaces we will require within the next decade. Today we have to work on the premise that carbon neutrality is a requirement; as such, we are working on a new office concept and methodology that we call the “next generation office prototype.” The idea is to transform the conventional uniform long-span building [design] by put-ting pillars in the space between the windows and the center of the office, creating a “concentration zone” and a “communi-cation zone.” By allowing for structural flexibility in the office perimeter areas, possibilities to create new spaces are born—for example, atrium spaces or wood-heavy spaces.
