The design seeks a new prototype for skyscraper complexes—a three-dimensional “city” made possible through the stacking of functions, including a hotel, serviced apartments, offices, and a theatre. The space at the foot of the building is opened up for public use, increasing the real-estate value of the building site while care was taken to preserve the on-site river and marshland.
