Phoogaphytr｜中衝設計集団／Arts Group Co., Ltd.太湖にそそぐ川のほとりにあるビジネス、宿泊、居住、ショッピングなど多様な活動を支える大規模複合開発プロジェクトです。川沿いの親水空間と中央の芝生広場が敷地内の各施設を統合し、自然豊かな太湖とのつながりを意識させています。建物内には象徴的な円形中庭があり、建物のスリットや層をずらすことで生み出されるデッキやバルコニー、屋上庭園によって、建物と一体となった立体的なランドスケープをつくりました。ユーザーに自然と共生した多様な憩いの場を提供しています。 The project is a large-scale, mixed-use development on a canal near the shore of Lake Tai that encompasses office, lodging, residence, and retail functions. A pleasant riverside space and a central lawn area tie together the site’s various facilities and accentuate the connection to Lake Tai and its lush natural environment.
