Taking advantage of the wonderful lake view, the plan proposes a new entertain-ment district, including a water village and downtown area, based on the concept of human-scale walkability. In addition to the mixed use and residential areas, an agricul-tural research and development zone is pro-posed that will provide new employment opportunities for residents. The plan intro-duces a new bus network and an upgraded tourist train route oriented on a green axis. Through these efforts, we aim to create a low-carbon city surrounded by abundant greenery and water.高原新都市マスタープラン New Central Highland City Master Plan13ベトナム有数の高原リゾート地に、新しい都市の創造を掲げたマスタープランです。素晴らしい湖の眺めを活かしながら、ヒューマンスケールな歩きやすさをコンセプトにしたウォータービレッジやダウンタウンなど新たなエンターテインメント地区を提案しています。また、住民に新たな雇用機会を提供するために、複合施設や住宅地に加えて農業の研究開発施設エリアも計画しています。さらに、緑の軸を基点としたバスネットワークと既存の観光列車路線を再整備することで、豊かな緑と水に包まれた低炭素都市を目指しました。ベトナム中央高原エリアにおける観光拠点都市Tourism Base for Vietnam’s Central Highlands Area
