Phoogaphy ｜益永研司／Kentrji MasunagaOur involvement in the rebranding project for this multitenant office building began with the concept: to create a jumping-off point for start-ups. We transformed the building’s appearance with a design that is youthful and dynamic; the facade, for example, channels the energy of the Akihabara district, and cable ladders—a type of wiring equipment that is normally concealed—stand out as a finishing material in the entrance.
