Building 103 is a facility for experi-ments in sensor-based high-efficiency con-trol and information processing, including high-efficiency sensing-based devices and comfort control linked to color and temper-ature of lighting. Building 104, meanwhile, houses a class 100 clean room and measur-ing-instrument calibration rooms.
