By opening the street-facing terrace and common room to local residents, for example, it enables residents to main-tain a connection with the community. Comfortable circulation paths, an atrium space that allows for ample daylighting and ventilation, and various relaxation spaces ensure that both present and future residents are afforded a pleasant living envi-ronment.
