01専修大学10号館140年記念館東京都千代田区｜2020年1月 Senshu University Kanda Campus Building No.10 140th Anniversary HallChiyoda-ku, Tokyo | January 2020久保田敬亮／似鳥俊平 Keisuke Kubota / Shumpei Nitatori日建設計 設計監理部門 Architectural Design Department, Nikken Sekkei創立140年を機としたキャンパス再編における新校舎計画です。複雑な敷地形状を有効利用し、再編に伴う教室数を確保するとともに、まちへ開く新たなキャンパスゲートの構築を目指しました。また建物の高層化により積層する動線機能と絡めたさまざまな自主学習の場や、バルコニーや吹き抜けを通して自然換気を促進する環境装置を計画しました。バルコニー扉の上部に環境サインが扉の開閉を誘導するなど、施設自体が環境教育の一役を担っています。This project was undertaken as part of the reorganization of Senshu University’s Kanda campus to mark the school’s 140th anniversary. The aim was to make effective use of the complex shape of the site to secure the number of classrooms required for the reorganization and also to construct a new campus gate open to the city. The building provides a variety of independent study spaces in conjunction with the stacked circulation route functional-ity of the tower, and it is also environmentally equipped to promote natural ventilation through balconies and stair-wells.
