The largest new office building on the grounds, it faces directly onto Gojo Street and has become the new face of KRP. The ground floor is designed to foster vibrant activity and encourage interaction and engagement. (Completed 2021)2 : Gas Building and Building No. 3 (conversion). A cutting-edge research laboratory created by converting a group of existing sports facilities. The bold conversion allowed for an exceptional research environment that would have been difficult to achieve in a new building. (Completed 2015)3 : Building No. 8. Maisonette-style rental offices targeting venture companies that have entered a period of growth. (Completed 2006) 4 : Building No. 9. Office space that inspires interaction and exchange among tenants. Tenants establish themselves in a common area—much like a street space—surrounding a raised garden at the center of the building. The design seeks to create an intimate environment where tenants can interact in close proximity.
