The plan is to expand the pedestrian network through the existing platforms and create dynamic vertical circulation routes connecting underground and aboveground spaces to enhance convenience. | 3–4 : Redevelopment of the Luomashi Station area in central Chengdu. Taking a cue from the urban development in Tokyo’s Shibuya area, our aim is to develop “One” Luomashi Station, which will be integrated with the surrounding district. | 5 : Development of an integrated station area at Chengdu East Railway Station, the largest station in the southwest part of Chengdu. It marks Nikken Sekkei’s first joint venture in the 119 years since the company’s founding.27
