The robot speaks to encourage employees to open the windows for ventilation.We worked together with the building owner, Ginsen Co., Ltd., to renovate the floors occupied by Nikken Sekkei with man-ually openable ventilation windows. The increased natural ventilation improved both energy efficiency and infection control. We are currently looking into testing a robot that can move autonomously around a floor with sensors for taking readings such as CO2 concentration, outside temperature, Digital signage enables visualization of vari-ations in lighting and air conditioning, with color displays that intuitively and visually convey environmental information such as warm vs. cool, lively vs. quiet, and bright vs. dark, so that individuals can choose the most suitable place to work.and room temperature. The robot might, for example, use voice prompts and screen displays to encourage workers to increase natural ventilation if CO2 concentrations on the floor are higher than normal. 29ビルオーナー・銀泉株式会社と日建設計が協力し、日建設計の入居フロアを手動開閉可能な自然換気窓に改修しました。自然換気の増強により、エネルギー効率に加えて感染症対策面の性能も向上しました。CO2濃度、外気温、室温などをセンサーと連携しながらフロア内を自律移動できるロボットが、たとえばフロア内のCO2濃度が基準より高い場合、音声や画面表示でワーカーに対して窓の換気を促す試みも検討中です。照明や空調のムラを可視化するデジタルサイネージを設置し、暖かい・涼しい、賑やか・静か、明るい・暗いといった環境情報が直感的・視覚的に伝わるカラー表示で、個々人が最適な席を選べるようにしています。取組み2:行動変容を促すデジタルサイネージInitiative 2: Digital Signage to Encourage Behavioral Change取組み3:自然換気窓への改修Initiative 3: Conversion to Natural-Ventilation Windows
