Phoogaphytr t｜伊藤彰［アイフォト］／Akira Ito [aifoo]グラングリーン大阪 Grand Green Osaka10JR大阪駅と直結した、4.5haの都市公園を中心として、開発の中核となるイノベーション機能・オフィス・商業施設・ホテル・分譲住宅などを整備するプロジェクトです。ランドスケープと建築が一体となった都市空間のデザインを特長としており、公園や民地の屋外空間を中心としたパブリックスペースを活用することで、豊かで活力に満ちたライフモデルの創造を目指しています。This project in front of JR Osaka Station is to develop offices, commercial facilities, a hotel, and residential units, as well as an innovation hub for member companies, universities and startups, all organized around 4.5-hectare urban park. The hall-mark of the project is an urban space design that integrates buildings with the surround-ing landscape.
