Phoogaphytrii｜堀内広治［新写真工房］／Koji Horiuch［Shn Shashn Kobo］SUBARU Innovation Hub Subaru Innovation Hub17群馬製作所本工場における、自動車の企画・デザイン・設計を行う約2,800人の技術系社員のための新たな研究開発の場です。執務空間のほか、社内外共創スペース・デザインスタジオ・実車確認場など、SUBARUのものづくりの核となる機能を複合的に有しています。実車を囲んで議論できるアトリウムがフロアに点在する、7,000㎡のメガフロア4層を立体的につないだワンルーム空間が、部門を超えた「ものづくり」のためのコミュニケーションを誘発しています。This is a new research and development facility for the approximately 2,800 tech-nicians who plan, design, and engineer automobiles at Subaru’s Gunma Main Plant. In addition to the office space, the facility contains myriad functions integral to the company’s manufacturing, including spaces for both internal and external co-creation, a design studio, and a vehicle verification area.
