ビシュケク市 都市開発ビジョン Urban Development Vision for Bishkek City18キルギスの首都ビシュケク市では、過去数十年間で都市のスプロール化が進行し市境は拡大、人口も120万人を超えました。そのため、インフラに大きな負担がかかり公共施設へのアクセスも低下しています。このような背景から、今後も予想される人口増加に対応し、デジタル・イノベーション、観光都市化、環境保護などの促進、質の高いライフスタイルを提供する次世代型首都に転換するマスタープランを構築しました。Over the past few decades, Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, has experienced rampant urban sprawl that has expanded the city’s boundaries and brought the pop-ulation to more than 1.2 million. This has placed a heavy strain on infrastructure and made it difficult for people to access public facilities.
