Phoogaphy ｜鈴木文人／Fumtrito Suzuki浜松いわた信用金庫 本部・本店 Hamamatsu Iwata Shinkin Bank Head Office25浜松城を望む地に立つ、信用金庫の本部棟と本店棟の新築計画です。グラデーショナルに角度が変わるテラコッタルーバー外装で建物を包み、日射・気流・視線制御と眺望確保を両立させた上下階をつなぐ心地よい吹き抜けをつくり出しています。構造や設備に無理をせず、環境の違いや不均一さを前向きに捉えて受け入れる、「自然体」のオフィスを目指しました。This is a project to build a new headquarters and central branch building for a cooperative financial institution on a site overlooking Hamamatsu Castle. The headquarters exterior is wrapped with terra cotta louvers designed to change angles gradually, controlling daylight, air flow, and sight lines as well as securing views. This allows for a pleasant and comfortable atrium space that integrates the upper and lower floors.
