Phoogaphytrih｜石島邦彦／Kuniko Ishijimaレガシス中目黒 LEGASIS Nakameguro29アフターコロナ時代の、暮らし方の拡張と居場所を選択できる集合住宅です。2020年の新型コロナウイルス感染症のパンデミックを受けて、限られた居住空間の中で多様な活動を受け入れる住宅を目指しました。可動間仕切りとサッシを引き込み形状とすることでバルコニーと室内に連続性をもたせ、開放的な半屋内・半屋外を創出。居住者が自ら居場所をカスタマイズできる設えです。Legasis Nakameguro is a residential com-plex that offers a broadened lifestyle with a range of spaces to relax in the post-Covid era. As the pandemic imposed limitations on living spaces, we aimed to create a res-idence that accommodates diverse activi-ties within such spaces. By incorporating movable partitions and retractable sash windows, the design seamlessly integrates the balconies and interior to create an open semi-indoor, semi-outdoor environment.
