PhoogaphyBottr ttt riom｜Except boghghtt riomt:t: 提供国際基督教大学／Courtesy Inernaアクタス／Acustional Christian University33W.M.ヴォーリズの設計で1958年に竣工した日本初の学生会館です。2016年にはDOCOMOMO Japanから選定されました。「すべての学生の学生会館」という改修コンセプトのもと、近代建築としての歴史的価値を保持し、学生・同窓生・教職員の声を取り入れ、記憶に残り続ける建物を目指して改修を行いました。NCMは施設整備計画全体の構想策定・PM／CMを行い、発注者支援を通じて事業を成功へと導く役割を担いました。この建物は改修後、有形文化財に登録されました。Designed by William M. Vories and completed in 1958, the East Wing of ICU Diffendorfer Memorial Hall was Japan’s first student hall. In 2016, it was selected by Docomomo Japan for its historical significance. The renovation concept, “a student hall for all students,” aimed to preserve the building’s historical value as a work of modernist architecture while incorporating feedback from students, alumni, and faculty. An important goal of the project was to create a building that would remain relevant and resonate with the university community well into the future. NCM guided the project, formulating the overall facility development plan, leading project management and construction management, and providing thorough client support.
