Phoogaphytrr｜フォワードストローク／Forwad StrokeMUWA NISEKO Muwa Niseko08ニセコヒラフのゲレンデに直結する特等席にあるコンドミニアムホテルです。ホテル全体を切妻屋根の集合体とすることで、勾配屋根の規制緩和によって容積の最大化を図るとともに、各部屋にオーナーがいる「分譲型コンドミニアム」の特徴を外観に表現し、ニセコの新たなランドマークを実現しました。風景と一体になれる客室、羊蹄山を一望する露天風呂、四季の移ろいを魅せるロビーなど、非日常の体験を愉しむことができます。This condominium hotel is situated in a prime location with direct access to the slopes of the Niseko Hirafu ski resort. By designing the hotel as a complex of gabled-roof structures, thereby aiming for optimal capacity under newly relaxed regulations on pitched roofs, it was possible to project a condominium-unit character, in which each unit has an individual owner, as well as create a new landmark in the Niseko area. With rooms designed to incorporate the surrounding landscape, open air baths with views of Mt.
