NEWSNEWS03HD現代グローバルR&DセンターHD Hyundai Global R&D Center Category I: Commercial Buildings - New [Photography | Kim Yongkwan]京都市新庁舎 分庁舎Kyoto City Hall Annex Building Category II: Other Institutional - New [Photography | エスエス／SS]BD World Architecture 100 2025 (January 2025 issue)空気調和・冷暖房に関する世界最大の国際学会である米国暖房冷凍空調学会（ASHRAE）主催の「2025 ASHRAE Technology Awards」にて、日建設計が設計に関わったHD現代グローバルR&Dセンター、京都市新庁舎 分庁舎がFirst Place（最優秀賞）を受賞しました。本賞は、省エネルギーと快適性、周辺環境との調和、居住者の健康などを高いレベルで実現した環境建築に与えられます。地域規模に応じて3段階の審査が行われ、世界から選抜されたプロジェクトを対象とした最終選考にて受賞しました。At the 2025 ASHRAE Technology Awards, organized by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE)—the world’s largest international organization for HVAC&R—the HD Hyundai Global R&D Center and the Kyoto City Hall Annex Building, both designed by Nikken Sekkei, received the First Place award. This prestigious award recognizes environmental architecture that achieves high levels of energy efficiency, occupant comfort, har-mony with the surrounding environment, and occupant health. The projects were selected through a three-stage evaluation process based on their regional scale and won the prize in the final selection, which included entries from around the world.英国の建築雑誌『Building Design （BD）』が毎年1月号で発表している世界の設計事務所ランキング「World Architecture 100 （WA100）」にて、所属アーキテクト数（『BD』定義による有資格者数）で5位、年間決算ランキングでは環太平洋地域（中国を含む）、文化施設、マスタープラン、調査・研究部門で1位獲得を含む19部門でトップ10入りし、多様な分野、地域などでランクインすることができました。ご支援賜りました皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。In its January 2025 issue, the British architectural magazine Building Design (BD) announced World Architecture 100, its annual compendium of global architecture firms. In this year’s ranking, Nikken Sekkei placed 5th in the number of professional architects employed (BD definition of licensure). Additionally, the firm secured first place in the Pacific Rim Including China Region, Culture, Masterplanning, and Surveying categories, ranking overall in the top 10 in 19 categories across various sectors and regions.
