Approximately 60% of the projects are ZEB Ready by number count; ZEB Ready projects also account for some 70% of total floor area. We are committed to ensuring ZEB-level performance from the planning stage onwards, including large-scale projects. Furthermore, the number of ZEB buildings and their total floor area are both increasing.
