Situated on a large section of flat land in the newly-developing area of Krasnoyarsk and located in the Northern edge of the city`s development axis, this complex urban district, combines different types of activities: business, commerce, entertainment and residence, while providing green and car-free areas for pedestrians and families to enjoy. Preobrazhensky is a place built on an intelligent platform capable of improving citizens’ welfare, enhancing their comfort and their interactions with the environment, and responding to their specific everyday life needs.
