Japan-Russia Urban Environment Seminar Held in Moscow

On March 5, in Moscow, Russia, Nikken Sekkei participated in the Japan-Russia Urban Environment Seminar, which was hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, JETRO, and the Japan-Russia Urban Environment Council on the Japanese side, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities on the Russian side.

At the seminar, Nikken Sekkei exhibited panels on a Russian urban development project for which it prepared the master plan and the Russian-language edition of its book on TOD published at the end of 2014, and Fadi Jabri, regional director CIS, MENA, India, gave a presentation on the theme of TOD development and smart city possibilities in Russia.
