Akihiro Mine

In 1988, after graduating from the Department of Law at Kwansei Gakuin University, he joined Nikken Sekkei. Since then, at the General Affairs Department of the Osaka headquarters, he has been engaged in general finance, accounting, and tax matters; the development of accounting systems; human resources, payroll, and social insurance; the management and operation of company-owned assets; and litigation and external affairs. In 2005, he transferred to the Tokyo headquarters, where he has been involved in the development and maintenance of talent development and training systems, the planning and operation of human resources systems, recruitment of new graduates and mid-career hires, planning and managing occupational health initiatives, handling labor-related matters, formulating business continuity plans (BCP), and promoting human rights awareness. Currently, leveraging his diverse and extensive experience, he is actively engaged in the management of general administrative operations, as well as the Nikken Group’s compliance activities and human rights awareness initiatives.
