In 1998, after completing graduate studies at Musashi Institute of Technology (now Tokyo City University), he joined Nikken Housing Systems. His specialty is architectural design design. Since joining the company, he has been responsible for designing various types of apartment buildings, including large-scale and high-rise condominiums, condominium reconstruction projects, and corporate housing. He has received awards such as the Osaka City Housing Design Award, Kumamoto Landscape Award, Good Design Award, and MIPIM ASIA Awards. He is engaged in design activities with the highest priority on creating comfortable residential complexes. At the same time, he is also involved in developing new building materials themed around bamboo and promoting regional revitalization. In 2023, he became the first in Japan to obtain a performance evaluation report for a model project of bamboo laminated wood structures. He received the Minister of the Environment Award at the CLT Idea Contest 2017.
After serving as Representative of Osaka in 2022, Director of the Osaka Design Department, Director, transferred to Nikken Sekkei in 2025 following the merger.
He is a first-class architect, a member of the Architectural Institute of Japan, a member of the Institute of Architects of Japan, and a CASBEE architectural evaluator.
