Since joining the company, I have been involved in interior design projects—such as workplace design—while also working in management roles, including project management (PM) and construction management (CM). Architecture and interior design involve collaboration not only with clients but also with a wide range of professionals. From someone I met on a job site when I was young, who told me that “creating something is just like filming a movie,” I learned that one person’s capabilities are limited and that it is essential for everyone to fulfill their respective roles. Ever since then, I have worked based on the belief that the key to a project’s success lies in all stakeholders—myself included—performing at their best, and that teamwork and communication are of the utmost importance.
