Hiroaki Toyoshima

After studying architectural design at the AA School and gaining professional experience at Foster and Partners, he joined Nikken Sekkei in 2009. Architectural Design Department He has been involved in a diverse range of projects in the Architecture and Project Management departments and has been a member of the Overseas Business Promotion Department since 2026. He is currently responsible for business development in the ASEAN region, with a focus on Thailand. To date, he has handled a wide range of projects, from small-scale projects such as residential buildings (Private) to large-scale projects including super-tall office buildings, high-rise residential complexes, commercial facilities, and mixed-use developments near train stations.His work extends beyond Japan to architectural and urban design projects around the world, including London, Berlin, Melbourne, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Riyadh, Baku, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Bangkok.Furthermore, as a coordinator who brings together Nikken Sekkei’s multidisciplinary experts across various fields, he contributes to the optimization of the entire project and the creation of value. Through comprehensive design that maximizes the characteristics and strengths of an organizational design firm, his guiding principle is “making clients happy.”
