Junji Nakamura

In 1993, after completing the Master’s program in Architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kogakuin University, he joined Nikken Sekkei.
After completing training in Osaka, he was based in Tokyo, where he worked on mechanical and electrical systems design for offices, universities, logistics centers, and other facilities. Following his work on the Otemachi redevelopment project and the mechanical and electrical systems design for the Keidanren Building, he transitioned to the Construction Supervision Department to take on site supervision responsibilities. Since then, he has been responsible for a variety of projects—including research institutes, universities, and offices—as a construction supervisor.“A construction site is a living entity” and “Building things is about building people.” Believing that open and transparent communication fosters and nurtures good architecture, he continues to carry out his construction supervision duties based on this philosophy.
