Kazuyoshi Terashima

In 1995, after completing his master’s degree at the Tokyo University of the Arts, he joined Nikken Sekkei. His specialty is architectural design. He has worked on small-scale office buildings, apartment complexes, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Major projects include the Jimbocho Suzuran-dori Building (2004), Chidorigafuchi House (2007), Jimbocho SF III (2011), the Shogakukan Headquarters Building (2016), Tokyo Nihonbashi Tower (2017), and Haneda Airport Garden (2020). He places great importance on carefully analyzing the characteristics of each site and project to create comfortable, energy-efficient spaces that connect people with nature.
