In 2005, after completing the Civil Systems Engineering program at the Graduate School of Engineering, Kyoto University, he joined Nikken Sekkei Civil. He worked on civil and architectural structural design for production facilities, such as steel mills and thermal power plants, in Japan and Southeast Asia. Subsequently, he shifted his primary focus to cut-and-cover tunnels for underground railway stations in Japan and abroad, where he has been involved in structural design within the civil engineering field. In 2022, he was transferred following the merger with Nikken Sekkei. He is a Certified Professional Engineer (Construction Division) and a member of the Japan Society of Civil Engineers. Leveraging his expertise in civil structural design, he aims to contribute to the design of integrated architectural and civil engineering structures, urban development centered on railway stations, and the enhancement of the value of cities as a whole.
