Hirokazu Sugihara

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Meijo University in 1990, he joined Wesco, a construction consulting firm. In 2003, he moved to the Nikken Sekkei Group. As the domestic CR manager, he conducted CR activities—including 3D surveying and investigations (geological, soil contamination, and structural surveys) as well as civil engineering design—primarily for private-sector clients such as steel, chemical, and energy companies, as well as railway operators. For government agencies, he conducted CR activities related to underground shopping mall disaster prevention initiatives, the design of river and port structures, and urban development plans. In April 2022, he was transferred to Nikken Sekkei following a merger. He holds certifications as a Real Estate Transaction Specialist, a Level 2 Biotope Planning and Management Specialist, and an Assistant Surveyor.
